About Company:

                Leasing activities in the Group of companies “Astana-Finance” are conducted by the JSC “Leasing Company Astana-Finance”. The company was established in November 2005. The founder and sole shareholder of the Company and 100% holder of its shares is the JSC “Astana-Finance”.

                In the course of operations the JSC “Leasing Company Astana-Finance” has become one of the biggest leasing operators in Kazakhstan and increased its volume of leasing transactions 15-fold. According to the Statistics Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as of July 1, 2008 the market share of the Company by the cost of concluded agreement reached about 30%.

Regional network of the Company covers the following cities:

·          Astana,

·          Almaty,

·          Karaganda,

·          Kostanay,

·          Uralsk,

·          Petropavlovsk.

In June 2008 the Company entered the Russian leasing market – it has registered its affiliate OSC “AF-Leasing” with head office in Moscow and representation in Ufa city (Bashkortostan).

The JSC “Leasing Company Astana-Finance” conducts the following operations:

·          Leasing of agricultural machines and equipment;

·          Leasing of trucks and road construction machines;

·          Leasing of utilities and special machines;

·          Leasing of aircraft and aeronautic equipment;

·          Leasing of rolling-stock.

In terms of equipment delivery the company has work experience with leading global manufacturers: John Deere (USA), Claas (Germany), Morris (Canada), Case New Holland (Belgium) Lemken (Germany), Bourgault (Canada), Brandt (Canada), PA MTZ “Misnk Tranctor Plant” (Belarus), OSC Rostselmash (Russia), KAMAZ (Russia), MAZ (Belarus), NEFAZ (Russia), Hyundai (South Korea), MAN (Germany), MTZ (Belarus), XCMG (China), Caterpillar (USA), MKSM (Belarus) and others.
