JSC Astana Finance (on behalf of itself and its subsidiary Astana Finance BV) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with its creditors committee (the Creditors' Committee) on Friday, 16 October 2009 setting out indicative terms to be offered to creditors in a proposed restructuring.
