JSC Astana Finance (on behalf of itself and its subsidiary Astana Finance BV) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with its creditors committee (the Creditors' Committee) on Friday, 16 October 2009 setting out indicative terms to be offered to creditors in a proposed restructuring. A copy of the MoU can be found at: http://www.af.kz/en/press/news/2009/10/16/563/. The Creditors' Committee would like to brief all creditors on the relevant developments and to respond to questions that creditors may have. For this purpose, all creditors are invited to attend a conference call at 10am London time on Friday 30th October 2009.
