JSC 'Astana Nedvizhimost' once again has demonstrated the stable financial indicators. JSC 'Astana Nedvizhimost' became the first construction company, which bonds have been included into the official listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) under the first subcategory of the category 'Debt securities without rating'. The placement of securities at the stock exchange allows the Company to attract the additional funds for the key project financing. Under the program the first issue of bonds was registered at the amount of KZT 10 billion.
The funds will be disbursed for the construction of new property. 'The fact that 'Astana Nedvizhimost' has been listed under the first subcategory justifies that the Company is transparent and public oriented and also demonstrates stable financial indicators', stated Oksana Turlubayeva, the specialist of the Planning and Financial Analysis Department. Earlier, the Company successfully repaid in a due time its obligations on two previous issues of bonds in the amount of KZT 3 billion and KZT 6 billion correspondingly. That allowed to position the Company in front of investors as a stable and reliable partner. 'Funding by issuing the debt instruments and transparency of the Company are significantly strengthening its image and increasing the investment attractiveness at the eye’s of investors', explained Ms Aida Mullasheva, the Deputy of the Chairman on finance issues, JSC 'Astana Nedvizhimost'. Only companies that have an excellent credit history and a considerable financial and strategic potential can be listed at KASE. 'Today, the Company does not have any uncompleted projects. All construction sites are at the stage of completion at 95%. Regional and industry diversification of the Company are also positive factors that determine the Company’s stability. We have projects in different regions of Kazakhstan, building the commercial and residential facilities', declared Ms Aida Mullasheva.
