The reclassification of the securities of 'Astana Finance', JSC officially listed on the RFCA special trading floor

On June 26,2008 the Expert Council of the RFCA special trading floor approved the reclassification of the securities listed on the RFCA special trading floor. According to this reclassification the securities of 'Astana Finance', JSC will be carried to the following respective sectors and categories starting from July 1, 2008: - common shares - to the first (the highest) category of the 'shares' sector, also known as 'blue chips' - bonds - to the first sub-category (the highest category) of the 'non-rated debt securities' category of the 'debt securities' sector.
