JSC Astana Finance accomplished the listing procedure of the bonds on the Official list of the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty

As per the decision of the Expert Council of special trading floor of the regional financial center of Almaty (ECTF RFCA) of June 26, 2008 the following Astana Finance bonds were listed on ECTF RFCA under category "C": The third bonds issue within the 6th bond program Bonds type – indexed under devaluation level of KZT to USD, KZP03M42C539 (KZT 100, KZT 21 875,0 million; 14.05.08 - 14.11.11, semiannual coupon 9,0956% per annum, 30/360) – under code aASFIb17; The fourth bonds issue within the 6th bond program Bonds type – indexed under devaluation level of KZT to EURO, KZP04Y02C538 (KZT 100, KZT 8 500,0 million; 06.06.08 - 06.06.10, annual coupon 7,949% per annum, 30/360) - under code aASFIb18; The fifth bonds issue within the 6th bond program Bonds type – indexed under devaluation level of KZT to EURO, KZP05Y02C535 (KZT 100, KZT 7 800,0 million; 06.06.08 - 06.06.10, annual coupon 7,956% per annum, 30/360) - under code aASFIb19; The sixth bonds issue within the 6th bond program Bonds type – indexed under devaluation level of KZT to USD, KZP06Y01C535 (KZT 100, KZT 1 500,0 million; 26.06.08 - 26.06.09, semiannual coupon 8,137% per annum, 30/360) - under code aASFIb20; The seventh bonds issue within the 6th bond program Bonds type – indexed under devaluation level of KZT to USD, KZP07Y02C531 (KZT 100, KZT 1 250,0 million; 26.06.08 - 26.06.10, semiannual coupon 8,137% per annum, 30/360) - under code aASFIb21.
