Astana Finance was acknowledged as the 2007-year best company by EUROMONEY

Astana, 14 March, 2008 - Today the RIXOS Hotel in Astana City hosted the ceremony of honoring the top management of Investment and Financial Group "Аstana Finance" with official certificate "The 2007-year best company in corporate management in emerging European markets" designated by trustworthy European magazine "EUROMONEY". As noted by the director of EUROMONEY for CIS and Eastern European countries Mr. Martin Born, who arrived at capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan for presentation of award, decision of the business magazine marks the acknowledgement of efforts of the company’s top management and shareholders aimed at improving the quality of corporate management and enhancing the company’s financial transparency and honoring the rights of investors.

According to Mr. Martin Born, this award is for companies distinguished themselves as the strong market players and conducting businesses as per best international standards. Estimations by experts and analytics of EUROMONEY came as result of the Company’s performance indicators such as financial transparency, organizational structure, management system, system of relationship with investors and shareholders, company's market position, professionalism etc. At the same time the estimation has been carried out based on information that Astana Finance officially published and including mass media reports (financial statements, audit reports etc.).

Astana Finance maintains its reputation of the open company enjoying the prefect management. In 2006 "EUROMONEY" awarded the company with its "Leading Institute of Corporate Management in Developing European Countries Markets" designation.
