Astana-Finance JSC announces all persons concerned that the Company has concluded the following contracts with:

1. Tsesnabank JSC to the amount of USD 13, 600, 000

2. AF Credit Company JSC to the amount of KZT 322, 900, 000

3. AF Leasing Company JSC and BlueCrest Mercantile B.V. to the amount of USD 20, 000, 000.
