JSC Astana Finance has signed a contract for attraction of a syndicated loan totaling US$50 million

The 1-year loan is gained at 1.2% p.a. over 6-month rate of LIBOR. The Book runner and Mandated Lead Arranger of transaction is presented by Deutsche Bank AG London. Barclays Capital, Bayern LB and First Commercial Bank are participating in transaction as Mandated Lead Arrangers.
