On July 5, Astana – a new office of Astana-Finance Leasing Company was presented in a solemn ceremony.

Representatives of city akimat and business top managers who were present noticed the big contribution Astana-Finance Leasing Company makes for the development of city infrastructure, its active participation in various social projects of the city and supply of MAN buses and communal equipment etc.

During the press-conference the top management of the Company told journalists about the perspective business lines, such as approach to Russian market, leasing of air vehicles and told about the new projects – leasing of equipment and commercial real estate etc.

The Company’s big lessees were came to the presentation. They are major construction companies, such as Naiza-Kurylys, Astana-Nedvizhimost, Azbuka Zhil’ya, AkmolaKurylysMaterialdary, Burlin gaz story, and the largest agricultural goods producers of Kazexportastyk, Kinko, Bogvi, Maslodel, Kazagrotrade and others.

Astana-Finance Leasing Company is one of ’s largest leasing operators of agricultural equipment, vehicles, road construction equipment, commercial real estate, production equipment, rolling stock and air vehicles. The Company possesses 14% share of the leasing services market in and is one of its largest participants ranking the 2^nd in size of leasing portfolio (USD 111,000,000 as per 01.01.07). The loan portfolio of the Company equaled to more than USD 200,000,000 as per 01.07.07, 90% of which is formed by the project being implemented in Astana city.

At present there 6 affiliates of the Company is the cities of Almaty,, Kostanay,, and Atyrau. Till the end of 2007 it is planned to open an affiliate in the city of. The head office is based in Astana.

Astana-Finance Leasing Company is’s first company that does active work in the sphere of aircraft leasing. Recently the Company took part in air vehicle EXPO in Switzerland (April, 2007) where Western European venders once again proved their interest in supply of aircrafts to on financial leasing basis. Till the end of 2007 the Company plans to enter Russian market. It is planned to start with the markets of, Saint-Petersburg, and major cities of Uralsk Federal District.
