Astana-Finance JSC notifies all persons concerned of closing major deals determined by the Board of Directors on May 11, 2007:
- Issue of a guarantee for the purpose of securing the obligations of Astana-Finance B.V to the amount of Euro 300 million.
- First emission of bonds within the 6th bond program to the amount of KZT 42 billion.
