On April 5, 2007 for the purpose of expanding the Company’s activity the Board of Directors of Astana Finance JSC approved the decision to conclude the Facility Agreement for the amount of 6 billion JPY according to which Lehman Brothers Bankhaus AG is acting as a Lender. This Agreement is the first one concluded between JSC "Astana Finance" and Lehman Brothers Bankhaus AG
