On September 25, 2006 for the purpose of expanding the Company’s activity the Board of Directors of Astana Finance JSC approved the decision to conclude the 2-Year Loan Agreement in the amount of 3 165 million KZT according to which Moore’s Creek Capital Corporation is acting as a Lender. This Agreement is the first one agreement concluded with ’s Creek Capital Corporation
