The shareholders’ meeting of Astana Finance JSC was held on September 30, 2006

The shareholders authorized the early termination of powers of the member of the Astana Finance JSC’s Board of Directors: Mrs. Askarova Aygul Ermagambetova; and elected Mr. Tusupbekov Amirzhan Nuryshevich (Director of Financial Department of Astana City) as a new member of the Astana Finance JSC’s Board of Directors.
