On May 19, 2006 the Board of Directors of Astana Finance JSC approved the increase in liabilities of the Company related to the launch of syndicated loan project. Deutsche Bank AG London Branch acts as Mandate Lead Arranger. This will be the first time that the Company raises finance in this market. Additional information will be provided later.
