Currently JSC "Astana-Finance" plans to issue the debut USD-denominated Eurobond through its subsidiary "Astana Finance B.V." JSC "Astana-Finance" represents the Guarantor for the Eurobonds issue. JP Morgan and JSC "Turan Alem Securities" are mandated to act as a Joint-Lead- Managers of the project for issue of Eurobonds. This issue is passing through the listing procedure of the London Stock Exchange. "Moody’s" and "Fitch Rating" international agencies have rated the forthcoming debut Eurobond issue with rating "??1" and the expected rating "BB+", accordingly. updated 09.12.2008
