On the 9th day of year 2006 the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rotterdam () has registered the subsidiary "Astana Finance B.V." as a legal entity. According to acting legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On currency regulation" the Company owns a license of the company with limited liabilities as "Astana Finance B.V." as of 23 December 2005, ¹53.05.181.Ă.

The chartered capital of subsidiary of the Company is totaled 18.0 thousand Euro.
