Notice is hereby given by JSC "Astana-Finance" that according to paragraph "Issuer’s rights and obligations" of the Prospect for the bonds fourth issue by JSC "Astana-Finance", the Board of Directors JSC "Astana-Finance" had authorized the coupon remuneration rate for the fourth issue of the corporative bonds with JSC "Astana-Finance" for the new coupon period from 18 November 2005 including 18 May 2006 as 10.4 % per annum.
