On June 2005 the events affecting the increase of the Company capitalization took place:

  • New issue bonds are disposed at 50 %;

Consequently, paid share capital of the Company as of July 1, 2005ã. has increased up to KZT 3.3 billion, equity has amounted KZT 5.0 billion.

  • Full subordinate bonds disposal of 7th issue has made.
Consequently, equity amount with subordinated loans as of has amounted KZT 13.9 billion.
