The second bods issue is registered within the first bond program

Astana Finance JSC informs:

• About state registration of the second bonds issue within bond program with the following parameters:

Type of bonds issue – registered unsecured coupon bonds

Bonds issue volume – KZT 2 000 000 000 (two billion).

Principal value – KZT 100 (one hundred).

Circulation term - 7 years.

Indexed according to the inflation level semi-annual coupon with 9.0 % rate in the first year,  i+m  in the next years, where i is inflation, counted as increase/decrease of the consumer price indexes (index in percents minus 100%) and m is fixed margin with  2% per annum. Maximum coupon value is 12.5 % per annum. Minimum coupon value is 2% per annum (at deflation).        

Bonds are given the identification KZPC2Y07B505 number. The issue is entered into  State registration list of the issue securities with B50-2 number.  

•  (Pursuant to the decision of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) from Astana Finance JSC second issue bonds within first bond program are qualified for the official securities listing A of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. Bonds are given ASFIb6 code. TuranAlem Securities JSC was the financial consultant and issuer`s underwriter at this issue bonds disposal in the organized market. This institution will fulfill obligations of ASFIb6 market-maker at KASE.
