On December 24, 2004, at Special Stockholders Meeting, the decision regarding a change in the Board of Directors was taken. The new members of Astana Finance JSC Board of Directors are: Mukhit Kanapiyevich Amanbayev, Kintal Kintalyevich Islamov, Tatyana Evgenyevna Mujchil, Zharkyn Begeshovich Nurpeissov, Alexander Vladimirovich Sukhotin, Timur Dauletkeldiyevich Surapbergenov and Assel Turzhanovna.
