 On September 10 Atyrau Nedvizhimost OJSC and Astana Finance JSC celebrated three-year anniversary of operation in Atyrau oblast. The ceremonial presentation of the new modern office of Astana Finance JSC Atyrau branch was timed to this date. The Companys clients, mass media members, employees of Astana Finance JSC head office at the head of Chairman Islamov, as well as the executives of regional and municipal bodies took part in the celebration..During the presentation of Astana Finance JSC branch new office Director M.Satybaldinova informed about the outcomes of the Companys operation in Atyrau over the past three years. So, over the reporting period about 300 people became the clients of the Companys branch. The branch actively operates in the field of mortgage lending under the Housing Construction Financing Program implemented together with Atyrau oblast Municipality using the mortgage lending mechanism and owing to Astana Finance own funds. To date AF granted mortgage loans to 89 borrowers for purchasing of 91 apartments totaling KZT 360.3 million. AF as well provides mortgage lending under the program implemented together with Kazakhstan Mortgage Company CJSC. Along with the mortgage lending the branch provides commercial credit services, as well as conducts leasing operations. Atyrau Nedvizhimost OJSC has become an active operator in the citys construction sector: it has commissioned two buildings of Avangard 1 and 2 housing complex with total area 26,000 sq.m., and is near the completion of Avangard 3 and 4 with total area 21,000 sq.m. The construction of 16-floor elite-class house Kulager-Zhaiyk with a swimming pool in the yard and of 44-apartment economy-class house in Vladimirskaya Street is in process. When designing, Atyrau Nedvizhimost OJSC takes into account the people of different income level. The construction is carried out in compliance with the requirements of international quality standards, using modern construction
materials and advanced technologies. The ground floors of the houses can be equipped for offices and shopping areas, which will considerably develop the infrastructure of districts. The houses are commissioned with improved adjacent territory: playgrounds and sport grounds, car parking. The Company is planning to build two hotel complexes.
