Moodys confirmed Astana Finance JSC issuing rating at Ba1 level

Moodys confirmed AFs issuing rating at Ba1 level.

Astana Finance JSC, whose shares and bonds were included in the official listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) at category ‘A’, notified KASE that Moodys Investors Service, an international rating agency, again confirmed the issuing rating of Kazakhstani non-banking institution Astana Finance JSC at level Ba1, stable rating forecast. Moodys noted that the issuing rating indicates the role of the Company in the development of Astana. The report informed that Astana Finance JSC started collaboration with Moodys Investors Services agency in the middle of 2001. As a result of this, in October 2001 the agency declared about acquiring by Astana Finance JSC of issuing rating Ba3 (stable outlook). In February 2003 the Companys issuing rating was upgraded to Ba1 level.
