Opening of Akzhaiyk Nedvizhimost Business Centre new building took place

Today, on July 6 in Uralsk opening of Akzhaiyk Nedvizhimost Business Centre new building took place. Following official persons took part in the ceremonial opening - Deputy Mayor of Western-Kazakhstan oblast Stanislav Kachalo, Deputy Mayor of Uralsk City, Otan party representatives, Chairman of Astana Finance JSC Kintal Islamov, Chairman of Akzhaiyk Nedvizhimost OJSC Begaly Tokayev and others.

Deputy Mayor of Western-Kazakhstan oblast Stanislav Kachalo noted that lately there was a constructional boom observed, owing to which such necessary projects as hospitals, kindergartens, theatres etc. were constructed. Besides, S.Kachalo mentioned that a business, influencing positively on social and economic development of the oblast, plays a particular role in the public life. Thus, today the Western-Kazakhstan people are presented with a new Business Centre located in the downtown near republican large financial institutions offices, such as National Bank, TuranAlemBank, Kazkommertsbank and others. This location is not only prestigious, but also comfortable for quick solving of all necessary working questions. Besides, location near regional and municipal administration increases respectability and prestige of the future masters of the Business Centre new offices. The building with total area 1,800 sq.m. is ready for the new owners moving in - it is connected to all necessary engineering services, telecommunications, its offices are spacious and comfortable - all this was showed to the guests invited.

Chairman of Akzhaiyk Nedvizhimost OJSC Begaly Tokayev stated briefly the companys objectives, "we work for the clients, our principles are maximum meeting of all requirements, compliance with all international quality standards". And he expressed his gratitude to the administration of the region and the city, to Uralsk public for support and trust showed to the young company.

Akzhaiyk Nedvizhimost company has built and commissioned a 179-apartment house in Uralsk, which is inhabited by the people from Tyngysh village. The company is about to complete the construction of a new 112-apartment house in Gvardeyskaya Street.
