The Agency for Regulation and Surveillance of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan has performed a state registration of the issue of announced shares of the JSC ASTANA-Finance. The issue has been filed in the State Registry  of Securities under the number А3767, dated of 19 February, 2007.

The issue consists of 5,775,000 common shares bearing national identification number KZ1C3767001, and 1,925,000 preferred shares bearing the national identification number KZ1P37670117.

Because of non-payment of dividends for preferred shares for the year 2008, since March 1, 2010 those shares of the JSC ASTANA-FINANCE are the voting ones.

As of April 1, 2010, 4,477,570 common shares and 1,924,656 preferred shares have been issued and fully paid.

As of April 1, 2010, the Company has bought back 242,038 common shares and 344 preferred shares.
