Achievement of strategic purpose assumes the following:

Procedures of Development Strategy Implementation
To solve the whole complex of strategic tasks the special target programs for all key directions of the Group development focused on specification of the development strategy and coordination of different subdivisions’ efforts aimed at achievement of the main strategic purpose have been developed. Development strategy implementation assumes successive solution of the tasks in the following areas: - inventory and re-engineering of managerial and technological processes; -introduction of new organization model; - introduction of new information and technological solutions and sales channels; -formation of common information space with integrated systems of managerial accounting. This work will result in achievement of all strategic purposes due to maximum effective using of the innovations implemented, increasing of corporate management quality and information transparency.
