The Corporate Secretary Service represents a body which provides the functioning of the Board of Directors and the shareholders’ general meeting. This body is controlled and assigned by the Board of Directors. 

The Corporate Secretary Service is a guarantor of good faith and effective execution of rights and interests of the Company’s shareholders and other members of corporate relationships.

Its functions include provision and preparation of related information for the shareholders’ meeting and the Board of Directors, and also monitoring and control over the corporate performance and decisions of the competent authority.
