Management Board is an executive collective body responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the Company.

Responsibilities of the Management Board are:

• basic functions and responsibilities of the Board
• control on implementation of decisions made on Shareholders Meetings and by Board of Directors
• maintaining of stable financial and economic position of the Company
• implementation of business strategy
• appointment of senior management and branch representatives of the Company;
• other issues outside the competence of Board of Directors or Shareholders Meetings
