Management board
Management Board is an executive collective body responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the Company.
Responsibilities of the Management Board are:
- basic functions and responsibilities of the Board
- control on implementation of decisions made on Shareholders Meetings and by Board of Directors
- maintaining of stable financial and economic position of the Company
- implementation of business strategy
- appointment of senior management and branch representatives of the Company;
- other issues outside the competence of Board of Directors or Shareholders Meetings
